ok.... got a few things to talk about, which DO NOT relate to content for once! OMG! 
first off being, the gallerys. do you like, hate, love, dispise, etc, the layout of them. if you dislike it, or have ways to "improve it", suggesting HOW we can improve it would be awesome help, as we are going to have it redone in a week or 2 by a pro, and they can re-design the entire gallery layout (where buttons/menus are, adding things like a shoutbox, how pictures are displayed, all that fun stuff). i will definetely see if they can change the picture so instead of "enlarging into a pop up window" it makes it go to the next picture! as i know this is well wanted. but any other changes, please, SUGGEST THEM!!!! and ill give you a cookie :p
2ndly, im going to change the color scheme of the site, but we need ideas! so.. again, i need help, and will want COMMENTS TO THIS NEWS POST! ill run a poll also with the top 10 choices, to see how ppl choose.
so.. post it like this.
Main Color (used for everything but text, and background)
Background color (used for the background(s))
Text Color (color of text).
whoever suggests the winning color scheme (if applicable) will be rewarded aswell. :P
and last but not least, we NEED SOMEONE TO TAKE OVER THE FREAKING DOUJIN SECTION! i just dont have the time or drive to deal with it currently, and ONLY members who have been around for a while, and are trusted by my self, need apply ;)
oh, and the movies are being worked on STILL -.- our host has vanished off the face of the planet, so im kinda stuck, as i cant tweak stuff i need my self -.-;;;

well! thought i'd explain what im doing lately ;)
first off, a new update to the economy system plugin were using as a "base" for it, is about to be updated! it's going to make the entire thing a HELLUVA lot more useful and easy to use, and i believe we'll begin modifying everything once this is released ;)
next off, movies, i am simply collecting them daily, more and more, and im unsure about the "free" gallery as people have pointed out alot of flaws or abuse's that could happen, so ill do a poll later to see what the general view is, currently we stand at 372 movies.
now, the view of a "general category" seems to be a go, and i have collected (and still am) about 12 types already. so ill update this when i can, should please ppl :P
and diablo 3 is coming out! woot :P hopefully it isnt a huge flop like conan was -.-

good news.
i found a VERY LIKELY work around to the security issue, we had in the gallery (where if i promoted users enough to beable to sort the gallerys, or whatever, they could access even the configuration of the entire gallery, INCLUDING deletion of users, or even destruction of the gallery), but...
The bad news
my fucking graphics card went SPLAT as i was typing this out -.- so i can barely see my screen (all fuzzy), and yea.. this is a mess >_< i may beable to do the update for security today, and hire the people i chose, but it depends.
on a further note, ANYONE WHO WAS INTERESTED OR APPLYED FOR A JOB IN THE GALLERY(S), FOR SORTING, OR WHATEVER AND YOU WERE REJECTED DUE TO THE SECURITY ISSUE, PLEASE GO TO www.hentaioverkill.net/HOK_Job.htm and re-apply, to show you are still interested. this does NOT mean ill accept you at all, so dont get to angry :P also new applicants may post there aswell. if you have not talked, or been active about the site, dont apply, your not wanted, only people who are active in the community have a chance :)
and small side note, up to 22 gigs of movies :p almost 200 movies also.

thought you all would like a update! ;)
mostly what i am doing (currently) is working on the Movie Section! now first off, as ppl seem to be not read before getting angry, ill try to make this clear... the movie section will NOT BE LIKE THE NORMAL GALLERYS WHERE YOU CAN SIMPLY WALK IN, AND GO! nope, as you all know, im hammering out the economy system, and the movie gallery will tie into it, as one of the rewards! so you want movies eh? get in the forums (best method for collecting points currently), and get talking! the movie gallery at current is estimate at about 120-180 full length movies. probably more as it grows :P but thats my current goal.
when im done this, we'll then begin working on the game section! so when we finally get the system working to extent we can reward people, you wont have to enter into the movie or game sections, and go "wtf this sucks" instead it will be full of content, ready to go!
doujins are another hot-topic around here, but im having issues with them, where simply adding them in, takes me between 2-5x more the effort/time then adding say a album to a category in the normal gallery, which adds alot more content vs 1 doujin. so im going to talk to some coders and see what i can do to maybe fix the "out of order" bug (which is why it takes so long, as i have to rename EVERY doujin, 1 by 1, then confirm its all good, then add them), where if i can fix it so the bug is fixed, it will make adding doujins simpler.
and sorry for the slow sorting of the normal gallery, yum is a useless servant.... JK! hehe, she needs help badly, but i need to figure out a method to fix a security problem within the gallery, so if a person gets "mad" and goes "oh, ill destroy the entire gallery!" they cant ;)
also anything you guys (and girls) want me to "update" you on in the news (aka explain whats going on with it, etc) just drop a comment stating what it is, and ill add it to my next news post ;)

me is VERY tired.. 7:41 am, no sleep, i stayed up all fucking night to finish the update ~_~ so now, all i ask is you report any bugs, double gallerys, etc, to me. i know a few show 0 pictures, they are small issue i will resolve when i get up.
SO YOU BETTER BE DAMN HAPPY, OR ILL FIND WHERE YOU LIVE, AND RIP YOUR FUCKING HEART OUT WHILE YOUR ALIVE!

***UPDATE***
most, if not all the buggy Category's, 0 picture category's, or duplicate category's, have been fixed! i apologize, but it was 8 am when i finished uploading, and was kinda yea... :P
also i have disabled require email verification for registering to the gallerys! till the bug stopping ppl getting a e-mail is fixed. though i may have to turn it off again, if the spammers come :/
